Don’t worry you don’t have to make an advance booking - if you’re in the area and want to play a game, we’ll do our very best to fit you in. However for players aged 14 or 15, we can only allow participation if they are accompanied by a responsible adult as we will need the disclaimer completed by the responsible adult.

Opening Times For Game Activities

Our opening times will vary depending on daylight hours and bookings. We’ll advise on available times when you contact us.

Gaming Sessions

We have 3 Gaming Sessions available for you to choose from:
1 hour play session for £15
(approx. game time 45 mins)
1.5 hour session for £20
(approx game time 1hr 15mins)
2 hour session for £25
(approx.game time 1 hour 45 mins).

Disclaimer information

After we accept your pre-booked session, we will need the Disclaimer Form completed. Please note anyone aged 14 or 15 who will not be accompanied by an adult to the gaming session must have the disclaimer completed by their parent or legal guardian. All completed disclaimers should be brought along to each pre-booked session – no disclaimer, no play!

Participants will not be allowed to bring their own weapons.

Bad weather policy

In the event of extreme weather conditions, we may have to suspend play and close the site. For any sessions not already underway, we will make every opportunity to contact the lead named party to cancel the session beforehand and to then make suitable rearrangements. For gaming sessions interrupted due to bad weather, any time remaining in the game will be credited to be re-used for a future date within 12 months.

Safety information

Players can be aged from 8 upwards. Any groups with under 14s must be accompanied by at least one adult who must stay on site at all times. This is an outdoor activity set in a woodland. Terrain may be uneven and there will be some natural hazards in the field of play. Any vehicles and valuables are the responsibility of the owner and brought at their own risk.

Climbing, running or smoking anywhere on site is not allowed.

Rules of play

1. Please wear sensible footwear, suitable for an uneven woodland terrain. Footwear may get dirty or even damaged.
2. Please wear long sleeves and trousers. Again, clothes may get dirty or even damaged.
3. Long hair should be tied back at all times.
4. Jewellery and body piercings should not be brought to this activity.
5. You may not participate in this activity if you are under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances or legal medication that induces drowsiness and may reduce your reaction times. You will be refused entry if you appear to be under the influence of any of these.
6. Physical confrontation or contact between players is not allowed and will end the individual’s activity. No refund will be given.
7. Equipment abuse is not allowed and again will end the individual’s activity. No refund will be given.

Anyone failing to observe the rules of play or fail to follow the instructions of supervising staff will be asked to leave the field of play. Play will be stopped until this has occurred. No refund will be given for the curtailed activity. You will receive a full safety, security and equipment briefing before the activity starts.
